Let me tell you a bit more about me and why I started Wilkins Talent Solutions. For over 25 years now, I've been properly stuck into the recruitment game. I've had the buzz of working in loads of different agencies, juggling all sorts of roles and clients, which really gave me a broad view of what's out there. Then I also spent time working directly for companies in-house, understanding their cultures and what they really need when they're hiring. It's given me a good grounding in seeing things from all sides.

Now, when I'm not talking shop, my world is pretty full! I'm a proud mum to three fantastic boys, and being a Grandma to two little ones is just the best – family is absolutely my top priority. And I can't forget my two crazy spaniels! They're always up for an adventure and definitely keep things lively at home.

Setting up Wilkins Talent Solutions was a bit of a lightbulb moment for me. I love what I do – connecting talented people with great opportunities – but I also really value being there for my family. I wanted to create a business where I could bring my years of experience to the table, but in a way that allows for a proper work-life balance! Being able to enjoy my work and still have quality time with my loved ones is really important to me.
